Help Protect Maale Amos and Other Communities in Israel

Maale Amos Community

Maaleh Amos stands as the pioneering haredi (ultra-Orthodox) community within the heart of Gush Etzion.

Its inception traces back to a dedicated group of yeshiva students from Aish ha-Torah in Jerusalem, who bestowed it with the name of the ancient prophet Amos.

Maaleh Amos is home to over 120 haredi families, a diverse mix of Israeli-born residents and immigrants, many of whom are olim from the former Soviet Union.

Maaleh Amos is approved for immediate construction for a few hundred residential units, public infrastructure, green spaces, and commercial establishments.

Additionally, there’s an allocation of 550 dunams for industrial zones. The total landholding encompasses about 2550 dunams, which are currently in the process of being prepared for the construction of several thousand new units.
